All prices are in Danish kroner excluding VAT. (The English site in Euro)

Pricing Errors
If a price is clearly incorrect and you reasonably should have noticed it, we are not obligated to supply the product at the incorrect price.

Payment
You can pay using the following methods:

Credit Card
We accept Dankort, Visa-Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and Visa Electron.
We do not charge any card fees.

EPTechnologies protect all your card information by using the 3D Secure protocol. This ensures that unauthorized individuals cannot access your card number or other sensitive data during the payment process.
Additionally, we use a secure payment solution certified by Nets Easy, guaranteeing that credit card payments on our webshop are safe and comply with international security standards.

Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will be held on your card or account until:

  1. We charge the amount when the product is shipped, or
  2. The funds are released in accordance with your card issuer’s policy.

You can read more about the specific terms for your card directly from your card issuer.

 

 

Bank Transfer / Invoice Payment
If you wish to pay via bank transfer or invoice, please send your order by email. The order will then be processed manually.

Delivery
We will deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be delivered within 1–5 business days after receipt of the order.

Shipping
EPTechnologies online store uses UPS and Blue Water Shipping, which deliver on weekdays to the specified delivery address. The price in DKK is determined based on the weight of the shipment.

Backorders
If the ordered items are out of stock, they will be placed on backorder for delivery as soon as possible. In that case, you will be contacted via email with the option to cancel the order instead of waiting for the restocking.

Order Confirmation
All orders are automatically confirmed by email. If you have not received this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us. Remember to check your spam folder.

Manuals
Manuals are available in Danish, English, and German.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item(s). If you have ordered multiple different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means you have 14 days from the day of receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can email us at sales@eptechnologies.de or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the parcel without also informing us.

Partial Cancellation:
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you may return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Certain items are delivered with a seal. If the seal is broken, the right of return lapses.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if you cancel only part of your purchase.

 

 

Returns
Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and you are liable if the item is damaged during transport.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular post. This applies to: NMC and lithium batteries.

No Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are manufactured to the customer's specifications, or which have been clearly personalized.

Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any decrease in the item’s value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and functionality.
In other words, you may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store, but you may not put it to actual use.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you may only receive a partial refund or none at all, depending on the item’s market value.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this will result in a reduction in the item's value.

 

 

Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a full refund. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.
We will return the funds using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you provide documentation that it has been returned.

You may also cancel the purchase by notifying us and, by prior agreement, delivering the item in person to the above address.
We do not accept packages sent without delivery or cash on delivery (COD).

Complaints
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to purchases.
When shopping with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint.
If your complaint is valid, you may have the item repaired or replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must notify us within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is valid, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping expenses.
We are happy to send you a return label, which you can attach to the package and send back to us.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging.

When returning the item, an RMA form will be sent to you for completion, and you are kindly asked to send the RMA form to sales@eptechnologies.de.
We recommend using UPS for returns. This ensures the shipment can be tracked via the UPS system, eliminating any doubt about whether the item has been delivered to EPTechnologies ApS.
We do not accept parcels without direct delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Privacy Policy
When you shop with us, we collect the following information:
Company name, address, phone number, VAT number, email address, and contact person.
We record and share your personal information (company name, address, phone number, VAT number, email address) only to the extent necessary to deliver your order.
The personal data is registered with EPTechnologies ApS.
The data controller at EPTechnologies.de is EPTechnologies ApS.

As a registered business with EPTechnologies ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information recorded about your company. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to request corrections. You may contact us if you believe your company data is being processed in violation of the law. These rights are granted under the Danish Data Protection Act.

To file a complaint, the product or service in question must have cost at least DKK 1,110, - and no more than DKK 100,000, -. A processing fee is required for the complaint to be reviewed.
