Ultra-Light High-Voltage Battery System

This is one of the world’s lightest high-voltage battery systems, designed for demanding applications where weight, safety, and performance matter most. With an impressive energy density of just 5.2 kg per kWh, it delivers maximum efficiency in a compact, rugged form.

Capable of operating up to 900 V, the system is built for electric propulsion, energy storage, and hybrid platforms. Each unit features robust aluminum powder-coated casings, a stainless steel top cover, and comes standard with IP65 protection (IP67 available on request), ensuring durability in harsh environments.

The battery includes integrated pre-charge circuitry, main relays, fuses, and a state-of-the-art Battery Management System (BMS) to ensure reliable operation, safety, and full control. For mission-critical applications, parallel strings can be configured with redundant Pack Control Units (PCUs) featuring dual PLCs for backup and fault tolerance.

With over 20 MWh manufactured and delivered worldwide, this system has proven itself across marine, industrial, and high-performance sectors. DNV homologation is currently in progress, further reinforcing its readiness for certified environments.
